Bio: Character's life can be anything you want it to be. But he and Bess Fritz would have met while she was working at the Ministry of Magic. They met after she divorced from her husband and is the only other relationship she's ever been in.
What plot do you want? Or what types of plot are you looking for? Mix things up for Bess... Bring in her other ex. It would be a reason to keep her away from Wentworth. In the beginning, this man would have helped her get over Wen. They had been friends first, but he is the only other person she's ever been with, and they have a very close relationship. He could come in and remind her why it's important she stays away from Wentworth, no matter how much she is still in love with him.
