Personality
Graham Parker's number one priority is his daughter. He is a very dedicated father and he does everything he can to make sure she's happy and that she has the life she deserves. He would do anything to make sure she was happy and taken care of. She is his life and nothing is more important than keeping her safe and protected. He has devoted his life to her, especially since her mother died and he has become all she has left. She is all he has as well, aside from his education and his career at Hogwarts, but she is the most important and there isn't anything that he wouldn't do for her.
Graham is a very studious guy. He does all he can to continue his learning. Since his acceptance into The Durmstrang Institute, he has done nothing but pursue knowledge, especially in History of Magic. It has fascinated him since he was born. He was raised as a muggle, even though his mother was a witch. She had chosen to raise her family in the muggle world and, if they had magic abilities like she did, then she'd give them the choice to pursue magic if they wanted to. Graham was the only one of his three brothers and two sisters that chose to purse magic. He loved magic, especially the history of it, and pursed it as in depth as he could.
There is one particular path of magic he probably never should have delved too far into, but he felt he needed to to completely embrace the history of magic. Graham started delving into the Dark Arts after graduating from the Durmstrang Institute, actually spending more than a few years studying it. He had delved into it so far, he began to think that they were greater than what people called “pure” magic. But his wife Adrianna didn't agree with it, and he dropped it, or so he let her believe. He didn't want to hurt her, he loved her, and he would do anything, especially since she told him she had cancer, and he didn't want to upset her if she was dying.
He keeps the fact that he's delved into the art a secret, especially from his daughter. But slowly, he's been coming out of his shell, and has started teaching dark magic to some students who have shown interest. They all know that they can be punished severely if anyone were to find out, so he knows that his secret is safe, the only secret he has.

History
Graham Parker was born to a witch mother and a muggle father. He is the youngest of four boys and older than his two sisters. His mother, Kindrazelle, married his father, Liam, after meeting him as part of her muggle-studies abroad coarse in America. They married young and had their first two sons, Lawrence and Louis, in the first year after their wedding. Their next son, Grant, was born a year later, and Graham was born two years later. His younger sisters, Eloise and Kendra, were born two and four years after him. They all grew up very close and aware of their mother's heritage.
Graham was the only one of his five siblings who decided he actually loved magic, he consequently was the only child who actually had any magic abilities, or at least who would admit it. His baby sister also has abilities, but she denies it and will until the day she dies. But Graham embraced it. He loved being born with magical abilities. His parents gave him the option of attending a muggle school, or attending Durmstang Institute, the wizarding school closest to where they lived.
It was while he was attending Durmstrang, he met and fell in love with Adrianna Umber. She was a student at Hogwarts, but they met during one of the activities where Durmstrang came down to Hogwarts. They hit it off naturally and were inseparable, writing each other until the time they could actually be together.. The two of them married directly out of school. It was within the next year that they moved to Egypt where Graham could continue his History of Magic studies, wanting to learn everything the world had to teach him about magic. They had gone down there with Graham's best friend from Durhmstrang, each of them learning all they could from the ancient ruins and more. (see other below)
Four years after Graham and Adrianna married, Adrianna gave birth to his daughter, Evangeline. They both showered her with love and attention. She was the apple of their eye and there wasn't anything either of them would do for her. But a few years later, Adrianna was diagnosed with cancer and it took a lot out of their family. They were a very close family and losing Adrianna, both Graham and Evangeline took it hard. But all they had was each other. So that's why, when Evangeline got her letter to Hogwarts, Graham decided to move with her from Egypt to the castle to be with her. He couldn't break up the only family they had.

Special Abilities
Occlumency. Comes in handy so people can't probe his thoughts about him being one of the professors teaching the dark arts. He came across a wizard who taught it in Egypt and worked extensively with him to learn this ability.

Anything Else
Not much more. British and American. Misses the pyramids of Egypt almost as much as he misses Adrianna, because they remind him of her.
