[/size]  [/center] everybody stares at me ,TAKE ME FOR WHAT I AM...introduction. lily juliet hemingway is the daughter of the late grandson of ernest hemingway. she is incredibly classy, sophisticated, and intelligent but does not really like going out and socializing with a group of people. when she was a teenager at hogwarts she had a severe condition of bulimia which surfaced from her father's death; lily has put that past her, but she still struggles a lot with her self image. before she became a professor at hogwarts she wrote opinion pieces for the times in london (yes she lived amongst the muggles and actually liked it). boys! girls! ,FOR WHO I'M MEANT TO BE...friends. her heart is always in the right place, and she is fiercely loyal. lily makes for a very good confidante and friend because she's a good listener, patient, and very gentle. even though she isn't really a social butterfly people tend to levitate towards her because she is such an easy person to be around. her friendship, however, doesn't really consist of going out and partying; lily is much more the type of friend who'll be there even when there are rough storms ahead. i can't help it, baby! ,AND IF YOU GIVE A DARN...lovers. currently lily's having an affair with her sister's husband (messed up right?) i would love to pieces if someone made him in the form of hugh jackman or christian bale! their relationship probably won't be forever because it is a bit hopeless. past relationships are definitely welcome as well as crushes.

enemies. her mother is a blood traitor, and her whole family is practically insane. there are going to be haters based on her last name alone. lily herself is far from being a despicable person, but she has her moments. she has a tendency to be opinionated and headstrong so i imagine she'll butt heads with some people. as a person she wouldn't personally hate anyone unless they've managed to royally piss her off.

Alright, so she's a Ravenclaw as well. I guess it's better than being a Gryffindor or a Hufflepuff. Kit can show respect to Ravenclaws, especially if they're as successful as Lily is. And what smart student of any house (of course I mean mostly Slytherin, but Ravenclaw as well) wouldn't want to have a nice, intelligent woman professor on her side. Yes, Kit kisses butt 98.7 percent of the time, but that means that at lease some of the words coming out of her mouth are sincere. She does have respect for Lily and gives it to her all the time. |

As a fellow professor, Bess really likes Lily. Also, since they are the same age, they would have attended Hogwarts together and been in the same year together. I see a possibility of them have being friends, considering their personalities and such. I can see them being somewhat close, even despite the different classes. Also, if you'd like, Lily could have confided in Bess concerning her eating disorder. Can you imagine how cute their reunion here would be? Or, maybe they've stayed in touch all these years and maybe it was Lily who informed Bess of the opening in the Care of Magical Creatures position. Let me know what you think! I'm reachable by PM! |

She's the head of his house and he's probably the most disruptive student in Ravenclaw by a good mile or so, he's harsh, argumentative and probably will say something to piss her off. But Thadeus really does care about his head of house and what she thinks of him. I can imagine one day Thadeus being sent to her office or being told off by her after he disrupts her charms class and he just breaks down in tears and cries into her shoulder

Well unless she totally dislikes him for his growing aggression towards the headmaster I can say that Jarek would respect her, they could even be friends as she seem likable enough.

Well being that Jamie is a charms prodigy, I can see them having major pottage. I think that he jokes around in her class and because she's more classy and sophisticated it doesn't go so well sometimes. Perhaps she sees the potential in him due to him being a charms prodigy however at the same time sees the laziness, irresponsibility, joking around, pranking people, troublemaking, rule breaking and the way he likes to use magic more as a joke, for his own benefit and to his advantage a problem somewhat. Perhaps they've had talks and what not. Maybe he will even eventually tell her about his home life. I feel he would feel as if she is a bit of a motherly figure for him being he's drawn to feel that way towards adult women if they show caring and give Jim attention and actually try with him. I can see them having heart to hearts about certain things. Perhaps he had talked with her before about the love triangle he was caught in the year before. Maybe he even talked to her for advice when he was in though he probably would've said a friend was in the situation. I think she would maybe see the best in him and try to illuminate his better traits. They'd get along and sometimes he'd be more familiar with her viewing her as a friend and a little too comfortable and jokey in her class though she's not afraid to reprimand him? He also wouldn't mind being in detention with her and perhaps we could have a detention thread where she is sort of having a 'why is it always you' sort of moment? He also can be argumentative but in a more laughing, sarcastic, jokester sort of way. Ideas?
